Shipping & Returns
Please note that all paper and canvas prints are individually made to order and as such take time to print and stretch to post.
Please allow the following time to get your order in the post:
Small paper prints – 1-5 business days
Stretched canvas prints – 16 – 18 business days
All other prints - 4 - 10 working days.
Items up to 105cm in length will be shipped to your door nationally via Australia Post registered parcel service.
Items larger than 105cm in length will be shipped via a domestic courier service.

Paintings come either “stretched” on a timber frame and ready to hang straight on the wall or “unstretched” and rolled up, ready for you to frame at your end.
Stretched paintings will be packaged in bubble wrap and cardboard box with “Fragile” handling stickers.
Unstretched paintings will be rolled up in a protective tube. All paintings are lined with tissue paper prior to wrapping or rolling.
Tea Towels will be packaged in Parcel Post satchels and will be delivered seperately to any other item.
All original artwork will be fully insured.
Payment of any local taxes or duties outside of Australia is the responsibility of the customer receiving the goods ordered from our website.
For customers residing outside Australia, customs charges may be levied when a package reaches your country.
We are not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what the charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office for further information prior to purchasing.
If there is any problem with the goods when you receive them you should contact us in writing within 7 days giving the reason for the return so that we can clearly understand your concern and we can respond with the appropriate action. Return postage will be at the expense of the customer.
